Key Lime (High) Pie

Crust:

2 Cups of graham crackers crumbs

3 Tablespoons NON-INFUSED butter

3 Tablespoons of INFUSED butter

1/2 Cup of sugar

Filling:

8-Oucne can condensed milk

3 Eggs

1 1/4 Cups key lime juice

1/2 Cup plain yogurt or sour cream

Lime zest

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 F

In a large bowl, mix crust ingredients. Press with your fingers and a fork into a 9 inch pie pan.

Bake for 5 minutes. Let cool while you prepare the filling.

Mix all the filling ingredients together until smooth.

Fill pie crust and return to the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and let the pie cool and if possible let the pie chill for 2 hours.

Sprinkle with lime zest before serving.
